Shipping
We ship our products worldwide using DHL Parcel (within Europe) and DHL Express (worldwide).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders shipped within the EU using DHL Parcel are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the destination country. International orders shipped with DHL Express are usually delivered within approximately 15-22 business days, depending on the destination country.
Tracking Information
🔺PLEASE NOTE: that packages leave the departure country within 1-2 days after being shipped using standard post service. If you need help tracking your order, feel free to contact us via email or phone.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee full tracking visibility for standard shipments in all countries. Some local postal services may apply their own tracking labels, which may override the original tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 25 days from the shipping date, we may reship your order at our cost or provide a full refund (please refer to our Warranty and Returns page for details).
