ORDERING OUR PRODUCTS

The ordering process for paid services on the site allows you to check your order before you proceed with your purchase: please check the details of the order before you proceed to payment. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stipulated fees for the relevant paid service. Upon receipt of the goods, please check carefully the components of the order.

The credit card billing system does not disclose your card information to store and other third parties. System uses secure payment service providers to make sure that your payments are secure: it provides a secure HTTPS connection and two-factor authentication by 3D.

Orders' processing usually takes about 3-4 days and we ship your orders afterwards, emailing you a notifaction with tracking information. Please note that sometimes the processing may take a little longer.

PAYMENTS' PROCESSING

You may either pay for your order with PayPal or using the wire transfer. In case you pay via PayPal, the nominal price may be different depending on the transactions' currency you use.

Please email us the payment confirmation after processing a wire transfer in order to let us ship your order faster.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship our products worldwide using Ukrainian post registered air mail and express shipping services, (e.g. DHL, FedEx etc.). If you would like to get an express shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

After shipping your order, we will email you a notification containing shipping information, including tracking number.

You can receive your order within 2 weeks in Europe and within 3-3.5 weeks in the rest of the world. These terms may be different depending on the customs' and your local post offices' processing speed.

PLEASE NOTE: our orders leave Ukraine within 3-4 days after shipped. If you need help finding your order's location, please feel free to contact us via email or by phone.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to track your order in your country, but in case you haven't received your order within 45 days after the shipping date, we may ship your order again or refund you (please refer to our Return policy and Warranty page)
